From what I remember Tricky Dick formed in '93 or '94 from the ashes of Slugbug & Glad Hand. Tricky Dick's era was definitely the days of the 3rd Floor in Elgin and the early days of the Fireside. Other Chicagoland bands from this time consisted of FOO, SIDEKICK KATO, SLAPSTICK, THE 4-SQUARES, THE MUSHUGANAS & too many more to name. They played some shows and recorded some songs. They broke up in '98 and went on to such bands as The BROADWAYS, BISCAYNE, BURN ELGIN, THE LAWRENCE ARMS, THE 4-SQUARES & HOUSEBOY.
